1. Pickup in store
In-store pickup is available for residents of Quebec, during the operating hours of our two shops in Quebec City: La Revanche St-Roch and La Revanche Capitale. Please check the address and operating hours of our stores for more information.
CURBSIDE PICKUP: when picking up an order, please come to the door of the selected location and follow the instruction on the poster displayed on the door. We will bring you your order to the door, in accordance with the government's decisions.
2. Shipping cost
Quebec & Ontario: shipping cost is 8.99$ but is free for orders 59$ and more. The shipping cost includes handling, packing, and postage.
Rest of Canada: shipping cost is 11.99$ but is free for orders 59$ and more. The shipping cost includes handling, packing, and postage.

3. Delivery times
A period of two working days must be allotted for processing orders for products in stock at our store, to which must be added 1 to 3 working days on average for delivery in Quebec or one working day for expedited delivery. La Revanche can in no way be held responsible for a delay in delivery resulting from a shortage of stock at the distributor or attributable to the carrier.
4. Return of merchandise
The items supplied by LaRevanche.ca are new and guaranteed to be free from defects. If an item happens to be defective or does not correspond to what had been ordered, La Revanche commits to exchange or refund it, including shipping costs, within 15 days of the date of delivery, provided that it is accompanied by the delivery slip or a copy of the LaRevanche.ca invoice.
For the holiday season, items purchased between November 1 and December 31 may exceptionally be returned to us until January 15 inclusive. Please note that purchases made on December 26 are firm sales and cannot be returned.
For a return of merchandise, the customer must go to the La Revanche brick-and-mortar store with their delivery slip, where the staff will proceed with the exchange. Items must be in their original packaging, except in the event of an exchange due to defect. If the customer cannot come, he must contact La Revanche Customer Service by email or phone to make the appropriate arrangements.
If, for another reason, a customer wishes to return a product purchased on LaRevanche.ca, he can choose to make an exchange. The return must occur within 10 days of the delivery date. However, in the event that the product does not present any defect, the return will be subject to a 10% administration charge and the shipping costs will not be refundable. If the customer has received the free shipping offer, the administration fee is 20% of the selling price of the returned item. The customer will not pay an administration fee if he goes to our warehouse for the return of merchandise.
