1. Pickup in resto-pub
In-store pickup is available for residents of Quebec, during the operating hours of our two shops in Quebec City: La Revanche St-Roch and La Revanche Capitale. Please check the address and operating hours of our stores for more information.
2. Shipping Fees
Quebec & Ontario: shipping fees are 12.99$ but are free for orders of 89$. The shipping fees includes handling, packing, and postage.
Nunavut, Newfoundland & Labrador: shipping fees are 14.99$ but are free for orders over 129$. The shipping fees includes handling, packing, and postage.
Rest of Canada: shipping fees are 14.99$ but are free for orders over 109$. The shipping fees includes handling, packing, and postage.
- Some sales or promo codes may not be eligible to free shipping
- A few oversized products are not eligible for free shipping, which will be indicated on these products' pages.

3. Delivery time
A period of two working days must be allotted for processing orders for products in stock at our store, to which must be added 1 to 3 working days on average for delivery in Quebec. La Revanche can in no way be held responsible for a delay in delivery resulting from a shortage of stock at the distributor or attributable to the carrier.
4. Return of merchandise
In Store purchases
- In store purchases are exchangeable but non-refundable in a 15 days delay starting from the date of purchase. Returns will only be accepted in the original store in which the items were purchased. The original invoice is required. Items must be in perfect condition and still in their original shrinkwrap.
- If your item is defective or missing a component, do not bring the item directly back to the store. Please contact the customer service by calling the 418-263-5389 (#104) or by filling this form. These defects must be signaled in a 30 days delay starting from the date of purchase.
Online Store purchases (pick up in store & shipping)
- Online store purchases are refundable and can be returned in a 15 days delay starting from the date of delivery. If you want to return your order, please contact the customer service by calling the 418-263-5389 (#104) or by filling this form. Given the customer service’s approbation, you will be asked to send your parcel to La Revanche Entrepôt : 110-5600 bl. des Galeries, Québec (QC), G2K 2H6
Items must be in perfect condition and still in their original shrinkwrap. Please note that you must assume the shipping fees as well as the risk associated with damaged parcels and loss.
Please note that no return from orders purchased online will be accepted (even pick up orders) in any of our physical stores without the customer service”s approbation.
If you benefited from free shipping and, after return, do not qualify anymore for the promotion, you will be charged the usual shipping fees. Those fees will be deduced from the refund.
- The items supplied by LaRevanche.ca are new and guaranteed to be free from defects, unless mentioned otherwise. If an item happens to be defective, is damaged in transport or does not correspond to what had been ordered, La Revanche commits to exchange or refund it, including shipping costs, within 15 days of the date of delivery, provided that the delivery slip or a copy of the LaRevanche.ca invoice is joined with the parcel.
